I got my hair washed, trimmed, straighten and curled. My hair was natural for about 2 years. The stylist straighten my hair without burning my neck or... ears ( if you know, you know!). I was very pleased with my outcome. I think they may care about the health of your hair, and I will return most likely. I would give them 4 1/2 stars if possible. Show more
