The atmosphere was gorgeous. However the service I feel like was half assed. I didn’t care for how the girl washed my hair she barely touched my scalp.... I noticed ebony didn’t straighten all of my hair before doing the style she only straightened the back and the middle. I asked for a feed-in ponytail and instead she added both bundles of braiding hair in at one time. I literally had to do my hair over the next day and I kept a scarf on it all day/night. There were other things that I would consider poor customer service but I’m not gonna rant I just won’t be going back and need to find someone who can actually do my hair the way I’m paying them to do it. I’ll give her 2.5 stars. Show more
