    SEATTLE: One-Hour Private Sailing Lesson

    $120 member | $150 general (1 Person) $180 member | $225 general (2-3 Person) What to bring: Dress in layers for the weather. We provide PFDs or bring your own. Limited heavy rain gear available to borrow. Rubber soled shoes are recommended to avoid slipping or damaging boats. Sailing or other gloves with a grip can be helpful in handling lines on and off the boat. Hats and sunscreen are recommended as appropriate. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your lesson to ensure your full time on the water with the instructor. We hold your credit card information at the single person member rate only in the event we need to enforce our cancellation policy. Actual payment for one or more person rates will be taken at the time of the lesson via your credit card or private lesson progression card. One Hour Private Lesson Price: $120 member | $150 general (1 Person) $180 member | $225 general (2-3 Person) If you are not already a member or your membership has lapsed, we encourage joining our community to benefit from discounted lesson and rental pricing among other great perks: https://www.cwb.org/membership. CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings may be self-managed more than 48 hours in advance at no charge. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of lesson start time will automatically be charged the member lesson price. This includes private lesson package students. Our instructors and sailboats are standing by for your booked time slot. Last minute changes or cancellations are difficult to backfill and limits opportunities for other guests learning to sail and practice skills.
