Regardless you have a Max of 20 minutes to arrive or your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will need to be paid. Additionally if you do a no-call no-show I will require your full balance up front in the future in order to secure an appointment. (You will not be able to book via Booksy) there are No Exceptions. Late fees May apply of $10. After 20 minutes of not showing up, your appointment will be cancelled and your $20 deposit will be withheld. If I'm not busy that day and you're more than 20 minutes late, there will be a $20 additional charge to receive service.
