    POLICY: A $25 non-refundable deposit via cash-app $hellboo21, cash or apple-pay is due to secure your appointment. Deposit does come out of total. No more than 15 minutes late unless you're willing to pay a late fee. (16-20mins) $20 (20-29mins) $25. After 30 minutes appointment will get cancelled & your deposit will be forfeited. I do understand life happens therefore, I do allow one opportunity to reschedule with your deposit you already paid. After that NEW appointment you will be recharged a deposit if you reschedule again. If you need any extra services or product such as a wash, boho hair, or extended length beyond butt please select an add on. Come with hair washed, blow dried and free of products or there will be an additional $15 was fee/blow dry fee. EVERYTHING IS HAIR INCLUDED except for wigs and sew-ins. For frontals/closures they must be brought 2-3 days prior to appointment or you will be charged a same day fee of $25. No extra people are allowed with you at your appointment.
