After you book an appointment, you must wait on me to confirm it. If you don't get a confirmation either it didn't go through and you may need to try again or I didn't confirm it. ***YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL IT'S CONFIRMED*** OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS: If you want an appointment outside of my regular working days, there will be a $30 inconvenience fee attached to your service. LATE FEE: I make every effort to operate on schedule and in a timely manner. At the time of your appointment, if you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment and will be charged for the appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you're a NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be charged for the booked appointment. After 2 NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will be BLOCKED and no longer be allowed to book future appointments. If I decide to unblock you, there will be a UNBLOCK FEE of $40. Your card on file needs to be chargeable for the BLOCK FEE. If it isn't, you will be BLOCKED PERMANENTLY.
