If yo...u’re not an already existing client (if you haven’t seen me in over 6 months to a year you’re considered a new client) feel free to join the waiting list to be notified once the schedule is back open to accepting new ones. I will contact those on the list in the order received to schedule a hair consultation. To avoid an appointment not being confirmed or guaranteed, PLEASE do not schedule an appointment until I officially open the books to accepting new clients or contact you from the waiting list. The cancellation fee is charged if you violate the terms of this cancellation policy. A cancellation fee will not be withdrawn from your account if you show up on time to your appointment or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page. Since the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you are expected to pay for your appointment in full upon completion.
