    Booking & Deposits • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your final balance. • Appointments without a deposit will be automatically canceled after 24 hours. ⸻ Payment • Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. • Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay (no checks). • Please confirm your total before your appointment. ⸻ Travel Policy • Mobile braiding available in Gainesville and nearby areas. • Travel fee applies to all mobile services: • 0–5 miles – $10 • 6–10 miles – $15 • 11–20 miles – $25 • 21+ miles – price discussed before booking • Client is responsible for parking or gate fees, if any. ⸻ Appointment Rules • Please arrive on time and with clean, detangled, and product-free hair. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. • No extra guests unless approved before your appointment. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may reschedule once using your original deposit if done 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook. ⸻ Note for Parents • As I am 16 years old, a parent or guardian will be present during all appointments for safety and professionalism.
