- All add-on services must be booked in addition to regular services and cannot be booked as a single service.... Any appointment booked with just an add-on will be cancelled. - All services and products will be taxed in accordance with Hawaii taxation. This is non-negotiable, therefore please take tax into consideration when booking services. - All recurring appointments have been cancelled! You must book individual appointments to allow all clients an equal opportunity to book. Feel free to book as many advance appointments as the system allows at one time, however automatic recurring appointments will be no more. - If you have not had a trim with the last 8 weeks, please book a haircut. At this point, your hair is beyond a trim and requires more attention than a simple trim. - Please refer to policies prior to booking. All cancellation fees are non-refundable! Your account will be charged. > Be advised that your account is not charged for simply booking an appointment. The system simply verified proof of funds, therefore all fees are due at the completion of service. - Yes, I service SCHOOL-AGED, SALON READY children. If your child proves to not be salon ready thereby preventing me from performing services or drastically extending the service time, you will be asked to leave and will be charged IN FULL for your services. - If you book a service and decide to change said service within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for the more expensive of the two services at time of service as I can not fill that spot within the time allotted, this service will be priced as a late cancellation. (For example: if you booked a box braid service and decide that you want to change it to a silkpress service within 24 hours of your service, you will be charged for the box braid service whether you get box braids or a silkpress.) - If you are booking services and are not sure if said service is suited for you, please call or text to ask questions. You will be charged for services booked even if you change your mind during the service. I’m happy to assist you with the process of booking. If you are unsure as to whether you need a particular service, please book a consultation prior to your service (not same day) to discuss your hair needs. - Please allow 1 business day for response to all inquires.
