    As we begin the shampoo service, I'll first ask you to relax and lean back comfortably in the shampoo chair. I'll then gently wet your hair with warm water, ensuring that the temperature is just right for your comfort. Next, I'll apply a high-quality shampoo that is specifically tailored to your hair type and needs. I'll work the shampoo into your scalp with firm yet gentle pressure, using my fingers to stimulate circulation and help remove any buildup or debris from your hair and scalp. As I wash your hair, I'll also take care to detangle any knots or tangles that may have formed, using a wide-tooth comb or my fingers to gently loosen any snarls and ensure that your hair is completely free of tangles and knots. I may also provide advice on how to maintain the health and appearance of your hair, including tips on products and styling techniques. During the consultation, I may also do a hair analysis, such as examining your scalp and hair strands under a magnifying lamp, to identify any underlying issues or damage that may affect the outcome of the desired hairstyle or treatment. Once we've discussed your hair goals and options, we'll work together to come up with a plan of action that includes the specific services to be performed, the expected results, and the associated costs. This could include booking an appointment for the actual hair service, or providing instructions for booking the appointment at a later time.
