The energy boost is the perfect fix if you're just needing a quick "charge". Sometimes a full session isn't ne...eded, but this is perfect when you're in between sessions or needing a quick boost. This is also great if you're new to energy work and reiki and are just wanting to try it out. This is a service I offer in person AND virtually over zoom/FT/Skype Prior to the session I will explain what reiki is, what to expect from myself and the experience, as well as talk about any specific things you may suffer with so that I know what areas to give the most attention to. The purpose of the boost and reiki is to open you up to the power and love of reiki with the hopes that you’ll continue working with the energy through your your spiritual and healing journey.

In my experience, children LOVE reiki and they receive the energy effortlessly and beautifully. You would expe...ct them to be a little antsy but, in my experience they've all have loved it and remained still. Mostly, like adults, they fall asleep. The session will start with me talking with the child and parent or guardian about any issues the child may be going through. If your child is uncomfortable with strangers I would ask that you remain in session with us. Reiki can help with anything and everything. From anxiety and depression to assisting in healing all kinds of traumas. Your child will rave about the experience.

In the reiki session we will start off off by talking. I’d like to know you, know what you struggle with, wher...e you struggle so that I know know where to focus, although I will give your entire body reiki energy. If you feel led to share something specific, please, feel free, as that will help me as well as yourself and your experience. This is a deep, intimate experience and I want you to feel comfortable sharing with me. We will smudge ourselves using sage or palo santos. If I feel guided to share certain tips and information with you, I will. If I feel guided to give you a reading before the session, I will offer this as a free service. We will then embark on an amazing reiki experience together! You will lay on the massage table on your back to receive the energy. Get comfortable, close your eyes, focus on your breathing and let's see what comes up for you! Afterwards we will discuss anything that came up for either of us during the session as well as guidance for those things and the things you deal with on a daily basis.
