    Client consultation

    Consultations can be held via Video chat, via phone call only or you are welcome to come into the suite. If you have general questions about your hair ten minute consultations are free. A flat rate of $10 will be added to consultations over ten minutes. Free consultations include general information and suggestions on your hair needs. If you are unsure about what services you want or need book a consult with me extended information will require a deposit starting at $10 and will be discussed with stylist during the free consultation. If you decide to book an appointment the fee will be taken off of your service charge if you decide not to book then the fee will not be refunded. If you book a consult and had to pay the flat rate and you book an appointment and cancel without rescheduling you will not be refunded the consultation fees the consultation flat rate fee will be charged before an appointment can be set.
