Dear valued guests, We wanted to inform you of our updated cancellation policy, which will now include a $25 rebooking fee for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. This fee will need to be paid before you can book a new appointment. Additionally, if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, the same fee will be applied. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can be very disruptive to my business and can prevent other customers from booking an available time slot.
