Training Prescription
6 week customized training plan that you do on your own based on the training prescription provided by me, your personal trainer. "Check ins" are highly encouraged but are not required. Check ins helps to hold you to accountability, serves as an opportunity for reevaluation, and to address any concerns or possible adjustments that need to made to your training plan. It is strongly recommended that you check in with your trainer at least once per week but no longer than every 2 weeks. This Training Prescription option may be the way to go for someone who's on a tighter budget and/or wants to first try working out on their own but needs a fitness professional to provide them with the proper knowledge and tools.
