Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for me to comfortably complete your services. I regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
