Cancellation fees will be charged if appointment is not cancelled at the appropriate timeframe or if your a no call no show. If you no call no show for an appointment you will be changed 50% of your scheduled service and after 2 times you will be restricted from bookings. Unless being serviced or previously discussed are no extra people are allowed during your service! This includes children unless being serviced!
