HAIR REQUIREMENTS Hair must be at least to 3 inches long. Please arrive with hair freshly washed and blow dried (stretched). Free of product and tangles. Having clean hair is essential not only for the outcome of your style but also the health of your hair. If you are unable to wash or blow-dry your hair, please add it to your service. Detangling can cause unaccounted time and will result in a fee. BRAIDING HAIR Brands accepted ( Ez Braid, Rasta Fri, Expressions) Hair must be "Pre -stretched" Anything longer than 26 /52 Inches is an add-on. TIME MANAGEMENT A 10-minute grace period is given. If you arrive after the grace period, there will be a $25 late fee. After 25 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled. RESCHEDULING & CANCELATION Deposits may be used towards a rescheduled appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule twice, a new deposit will be required. Last minute cancellation will result in your card being charged 50% of the service fee. No call or no show will result in banning from booking. SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS Last minute or appointments needed outside of business hours will be charged $50 in addition to the service cost. Price may vary by severity of accommodation. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW 1. Please wait 48 hrs to receive a booking confirmation after sending your deposit. A text will be sent the NIGHT before your scheduled appointment with the address 2. Pictures and videos will be taken after the service, please come photo ready 3. Our salon suite can get chilly at times, so please bring a jacket 4.
