Failure to show up for two consecutive scheduled appointments without prior cancellation on the booking websit...e. Will result in the loss of online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged the 100% of the missed service(s). We cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrive more than 15 minutes late. That late time is taken from the clients service. For example: if the clients appointment is set for 30 minutes and the client is 15 minutes late. That client will receive a 15 minute service for their reminder service with discretion from Montez Barber Studio.
