Lip neutralisation is a specialised treatment for those with cool, or dark-toned lips. This procedure is performed on clients with darker skin tones or those whose lips have darkened over time due to sun exposure, hyperpigmentation, smoking etc A numbing cream is applied to your lips to ensure a PAIN FREE and comfortable experience.
