The lash tech was friendly, the place is nice. The problem is that she removed my current lashes, which was not a problem and I paid for a new set. Sh...e did not ask me what look I wanted and I ended up with a subtle set that barely looks like I have lashes on when I generally go for a dramatic look. Now I have to wait two weeks to get my lashes redone somewhere to look like I have lashes again. Show more

I sincerely apologise for you not being happy with the set that you have received. We always try and explain as best we can how and why we do lashes different to most other lash salons, but there is always room for improvement and we will keep working on it.💕 We strive to keep your natural lashes as strong and healthy as possible, while trying to get the look that you are going for without doing damage, this sometimes requires a middle ground to be found. Lashes are personal preference and takes time for a client and tech to create the look that both are happy with.
