Eyelash Removal Full Hybrid Lash Set

Avoid at all costs! I'm still reeling from the traumatic experience I had at this salon. The painful lash remover used by the therapist was like acid... to my eyes - it burned my right eye, and to make matters worse, I was left unattended for a minute, allowing the product to pierce through my eye. The aftermath was excruciating, plugging out was painful, and my eyes are still bloodshot red, sore, and hazy. To add insult to injury, the nail technician was butchering my cuticles while they plucking my lashes out simultaneously, leaving two of my fingers bleeding and still painful. The gel application was heavy-handed, bumpy, and not filed properly, topped off with nail art that didn't make up for the subpar work. The worst part? I was told to come back for a redo and pay for a new set - an absolute joke. The pain, discomfort, and overall experience have left a sour taste. Needless to say, I won't be returning. The lash therapist kept putting the lash case on the side of my cheek, which was really uncomfortable. I had to remove them myself because it was just too much. Some of the lashes have already started fall off, and I'm not confident they'll last the full 2 weeks. Show more
