Disappointing Pedicure Experience I had the worst pedicure experience at Lash and Dash today. The beautician who attended to me was extremely rough, ...leaving my feet feeling sore rather than pampered. Instead of a comfortable setup, I sat upright in a chair that wasn’t suitable for a relaxing pedicure. To make matters worse, I had to assist in changing the lamp over and dealing with faulty drill bits and lamp cords — something I’ve never had to do at any other salon. The overall cleanliness and organisation were also unacceptable. The carpets on the floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the trays of tools and supplies were untidy and dirty. This made me question the hygiene standards of the establishment. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality and relaxing pedicure. Show more
