With regards to your allergic reaction, We addressed it with you on the first occasion and advised that you are not a lash extension candidate and therefore cannot risk another installation going forward because you Will continue to have the same reaction. As explained, an allergic reaction doesn’t have a solution and the only way to get rid of it is to do an immediate removal which we offered to you. An allergic reaction is a medical condition where your body rejects the carbon black ingredient which is a component of the adhesive. We also reject the claim that the installation was done directly onto your eyelid. We always leave 1 to 2mm of space on the lash line, however due to the allergic reaction, your eyelids may be swollen causing the root of the lash extensions to touch your lashline as a result of inflammation. An incorrect installation would have immediately been uncomfortable during the appointment and you would have experienced poking/prickling sensation. Which you did not feel.
