We have trained and appointed 3 junior lash technicians (as per our announcements) and naturally they will take longer than Mpho, the owner who has 10 years of experience. With that said, we would like to correct that we do not do cluster lashes, we do individual lashes. Also, you did not book with Mpho. She was fully booked that day as Saturday is the busiest day of the week. With that said, we apologise for your experience and would like to reach a resolve. On the booking, you will note that there are forms which you are required to sign. The forms contain all of our policies and disclaimers. We have a 7 day policy titled "Lash fix" which is redeemable in the event that the lashes come off quicker than usual. We would like to suggest that you take advantage of the options we have made available to you as a valued client.
