Such a beautiful new premises. Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience. I felt the lady was in a bit of a rush and didn’t correctly copy my na...il art. I know it’s very difficult to copy nail art exactly so I definitely wouldn’t expect that but this was quite far off what I wanted. The nails without art however were perfect. Perhaps next time if a little more time was spent on the nail art it would have been better. Show more

Hi Sophie. Thank you for your feedback. Every therapist and nailtech has their own style of work. Michaela does tend to work fast. (She has quite a few clients that prefers it that way) But can assure you that your nails will last very well. We can book you with a different nailtech next time? Please let me know if you want the nailart to be redone to be closer to the exact design that you were looking for. And I will give her a picture to take a close look and do a few practise rounds before you come in. We want you to be happy. Kind Regards
