On the 17th November there was a mix up with appointments. Causing Tshidi to be delayed. Instead of disappointing anyone, she opted to rather squeeze ...all the clients in. Which I didn’t mind. Meaning that instead of taking 2 hours for lashes, she ended up doing it in 1 hour. Due to the rush, I believe my lashes were not done properly and they started to fall off immediately, which I informed her. She then promised me that I can come in for a refill. To this day…I have not been seen for that refill! I have tried sending WhatsApp messages, messages on Instagram and even calling. But all of those are simply ignored! I can obviously see that there are open slots on the app, but none of those have been used to accommodate me. Maybe it’s because I’m a new client, therefore I don’t matter as much as other clients, I don’t know. But I believe since we all pay the same amount of money, we ought to be treated the same? All I had expected was because I had paid for the service in full, that she would also treat me with courtesy. I thought I had finally found a service provider who takes all her clients seriously…but I was left utterly disappointed with the client service! Show more
