Regarding communication, our clinic is closed on Sundays and Mondays, which was explained when you contacted us. Our automated response advises clients to use our online booking system if I am unavailable and explains that admin queries will be attended to as soon as possible. As I manage all administration myself, I do not answer calls or messages while treating clients, as each client deserves my full attention.
My partner was not present in your treatment room during your consultation or treatment. He works at the clinic and was conducting a treatment in his own room while you were receiving treatment in yours. At no point was he present during your treatment.
Regarding pricing, the treatment recommended following your consultation differed from your initial enquiry, and the pricing was adjusted accordingly after assessment. The treatment and pricing were discussed before proceeding, and our pricing is publicly available on our website.
I am surprised to read your review, as our interaction during and after your appointment gave me the impression that you were satisfied with your treatment and interested in returning for future sessions.
