Very unprofessional. I wasted two lunch hours trying to get waxed. The first lunch hour, she did not give me proper directions so I ended up at an e...ntrance where visitors were not allowed to enter. The second lunch hour, she could not keep to her appointment timeslot, causing me to have to go back to work because there was not enough time for the appointment any more. I did mention that I am pressed for time and that I cannot be late. Show more

The service was warm and friendly but I wouldn’t return for my nails. The finishing was not very neat and the paint selection seemed old and random. N...ot really any product range to look at. Im sure the spa side of things is relaxing and lovely but the salon side of things isn’t great. There are also lots of animals lying around in the treatment room which is weird. Show more
