Bad service. Gel nails did not last for 3 days when they said it will last 3 weeks at least. I was disappointed with their response when I complained... to them. After sending us the photo of a chipped nail your nails has already grown out. Unfortunately we cannot fix or do a whole new set of nails after three weeks of the service being done. If it chipped after three days you should've immediately contacted us, not after three weeks. I'm sorry that you feel we didn't meet your needs but I do assure you that we use only the best products and do take our clients needs seriously.

Calista is a so sweet and pleasant, really such a lovely person. The nails however didn’t meet the usual standard. unfortunately one of my nails alrea...dy popped off the evening I had them done… then later that evening another popped off as well. had them repaired the next day only for 3 more nails to pop off later that afternoon. This hasn’t happened to me before with a set. Honestly not impressed about that… Not worth the R400 for the strength of nails as i don’t have faith in the “salon quality” Show more
