Hi there it was most unfortunate - this lovely lady booked and she put a wrong contact number down for us to contact her. I attempted to call her to ensure that that this was a real booking then I emailed her as I have had fake bookings made with us before and if the correct telephone number been added we could have averted this problem completely. Sorry you felt wronged - we would be happy to assist in the future. All I ask is to have accurate contact details. Many thanks

On leaving this client appeared happy and told us she was happy with the lashes on getting home she called and said she was Unhappy - this lady has had bad experiences with lashes in the past which she told me about on arrival and I think that is having a baring on why she is so upset! We are most committed to assist and will review the work happily - I have offered this numerous times - she just wants a refund. Our policies are: in reviewing the work/treatment in our salon we will do the removal/correcting of the treatment. This client failed to adhere to our policies and took the lashes into her own hands and hence we are unable to help her and a refund is not due to her. Pleae view a photo of her lashes in our gallery. Her photos were not taken at my premises. This lady is an aspiring lash artist with her own lash building/removing products! She removed her lashes by herself and as she said her lashes were weak after she removed them. She did not not want them replaced because they were weak due to her lash removal and not because of fear for her eyes and any trauma.
