Clean room, nice ambience & Ilne is friendly, I wasn’t asked what style I would like, being my first time coming to Ilne, it was a really quick start.... At the end of the appointment, I wasn’t even shown my lashes with a mirror, i had to simply hand over the money (no change was given) and was quickly rushed to the door to get out. The lash application is okay - inner corners not done and glue is thick. Show more

Hi Kate sorry I didn't even check the money I thought it was the exact amount & you didn't mention the change ill gladly eft you the change. Just whatsapp me the amount. You told me you want your lashes too look the same as what I have on & and length, so i did what you asked (style length). Inner corners was done? I'm sorry you felt rushed wasn't my intent. I did the full consultation with you before starting so I don't know what you mean by it started off quickly. I'm sorry your experience wasn't satisfactory but I always strive to make my clients feel comfortable.
