It's funny how you said nothing during your and after your appointment except for how good it looked. You had more than 1 opportunity to address any "problem" or any unhappiness.
Guess there is a first time for a client like you to enter my salon.
Lesson of the day - Dear clients, Please address any problems before leaving any salon and paying by EFT once you get home (+-30 min after appointment).
