HD lace is meant to offer a flawless, natural finish, and I understand how disheartening it must have been not to receive that standard. Following our conversation,*I did speak to Winizia about the matter. She mentioned that she had advised trimming the lace but said you were not comfortable with that at the time. I’d really appreciate your clarification on this, as it will help me better understand where the communication may have broken down and ensure we handle the situation fairly and constructively.* It’s always advisable to trim the lace slightly after a few installations and plug it where necessary to ensure a seamless, melted finish. At Beaweave, we always aim to deliver high-quality service and ensure our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your experience clearly did not reflect that, and for that, I am truly sorry.
