      Spray tanning is a healthier alternative to suntanning and takes less than 15mins. We use The Tan Lab’s Spray Tan solution for the procedure. Please take note of the following information below: Pre-Tan: - Keep your skin moisturised in the week leading up to your tan - Wax or shave the day before your tan - Exfoliate thoroughly with exfoliating gloves or a sponge prior to your tan - Avoid cream, deodorant or perfume on the day of your tan - Wear loose, dark clothing after your tan and bring slops along to your appointment - Bring an umbrella if it is raining Post-Tan: - Wear loose clothing and slops after having your tan - Avoid wearing a bra - Powder can be used under arms and behind knees to avoid feeling sticky - During the 8-12 hr development of the tan, avoid water contact, doing exercise, sweating or anything rubbing on your skin - If you need to wash your hands, use a wet wipe - When swimming, use a water resistant SPF to protect your tan - Pat your skin dry with a towel instead of rubbing - Avoid exfoliants and hair removal - Moisturise twice daily with a light weight moisturiser. Avoid oils - To help prolong the tan, use the tan extender creams recommended by the therapist
