To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect our time, please take note of the following: DEPOSITS A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all new clients, as well as clients with a history of last-minute cancellations and recurring cancelations. CANCELLATIONS Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance , otherwise you'll pay a cancelation fee of 50% For Monday appointments, please ensure cancellations are made by Friday. NO-SHOWS If 15 minutes have passed, it will be considered a no-show. A 50% fee will be charged, and a non- refundable deposit will be required for a future booking. LATE ARRIVALS If you are running late, please inform us. Your treatment will be done in the remaining time available, but the full treatment fee still applies. NO EXTRA GUESTS LASH EXTENSION FILLS We do not work over other technicians’ work. A removal and full set booking will be required.
