The service was rendered well . However, Im really disappointed, as it was not the service I had booked or requested. I went to target my issue of hyp...erpigmentation, but it was insisted that I need to get another treatment done. I’m not someone who likes to be argumentative, so I was uncomfortable arguing and accepted what was suggested even though I reiterated that my issue is hyperpigmentation. It would have been preferable if I was just refused service altogether so that I could go somewhere else to get what I actually want. Show more

Our therapist is fully qualified and trained to do assessments on each individual and based on their knowledge and expertise they assess the skin needs and requirements. We do have a slow and steady approach when doing chemical peels as we would much rather stay cautious and not compromise your skin in any way. Chemical peels do take time to build up a tolerance to and we would never want you to compromise your skin in any way. We appreciate your feedback. 🌸

I was nervous about what to expect from the treatment I chose, but I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Authentic Aesthetics for the first time o...n October 10. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming when I arrived. When I arrived my first impression was breathtaking and definitely Instagramable. Once my consultant Simo explained everything, I felt immediately at ease. I have been visiting Authentic Aesthetics twice a week and have enjoyed Shanaaz's consultation services as well. Last Friday I came for a slimming session, rushed and nervous and all the stresses in-between. I came in and was overwhelmed by the gentleness of Mari...am and the calmness and serenity of the stunning reception. After a brief introduction to what the slimming session entails and a quick get-to-know-me I was taken into the treatment room. My measurements and photos were taken before treatment as a reference and once again after. The treatment itself was equally pleasant, everything went as expected. The staff was not only professional but highly informed of what clients experience during the treatment. I knew what may cause discomfort, but even in that I was accommodated without trouble, which I deeply appreciated. After my treatment was completed, I lost an overall of 7,5 cm across the abdomen region, leaving me impressed and eager to return for more sessions.
