This was my first time booking with Apricus Aesthetic salon and I was very disappointed with the quality of service I received. I paid for a trainee t...o train on my nails whilst I was never informed that the salon is a training salon even though I have been in touch with the owner a few times before my appointment. I am very dissatisfied with the execution of my nails and the lack of technique and skill from the Salon’s side. There also seemed to be a lack of professionalism as the owner of the salon left us waiting about a half an hour during the session to go and buy more nail products. This is totally unacceptable and I would have appreciated their honesty from the start. Show more

Good morning Sumari, Thank you for your review. I am honestly sorry for your negative experience at our Salon. I would however like to state that you indeed did not wait for 30min. I immediately took you through to the nail tech who started prepping your nails. I did leave to go purchase a product (monomer) that ran out, as we were fully booked with a wedding party that were also doing their nails on the same day as you, I would hope that this makes me a good owner because I ensured that we do not run out of products and my receptionist is more than capable of running the salon for 15min😉. As for the nail tech she is not a trainee, she did however just start with the Salon. Please make sure of your facts: 1. This is a training salon for people wanting to learn a new trade and open their own Salon. 2. No trainees have ever worked on clients as trainees only collect their certificates and leave our salon. 3. This is a fully functional salon and training is booked with trainees, who bring their own clients. TRAINEES DO NOT WORK ON SALON CLIENTS. Sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused to you, you are more than welcome to send me your banking details and we will fully refund you. Please in future remember that we could have avoided this if you communicated with us honestly when asked if you were satisfied so that we could address the issues you had. Regards
