The place is aesthetically pleasing and neat. A bit confusing to get to the location though. I booked Trocious based on the reviews and she ended up n...ot doing my toes. The lady doing my soak off said Trocious is just finishing off with a client and she would attend to me. That never happened and no explanation why. I may be a new customer but don’t assume I do not know the service that I booked. Toes look just fine. Show more

I got delayed for my appointment due to not finding the exact location of the studio. No one picked up the phone when I called for directions. I waite...d another 30 minutes for my appointment to begin. There was no back up power due to the unfortunate circumstance of load-shedding. Walk in clients were prioritized over my booking. However I do love my nails that Zanele did and thanks to Tshidi for doing my toes. Just a little clean lines are needed for next time. Show more
