Hey Lesedi, I hope you’re well. I’ve had a busy week so I haven’t been able to revert back or call unfortunately. Lesedi you’ve had 11 appointments with us over 2years and I want to believe that we’ve catered to you as best as we can in that tenure. Recently you informed us that you experienced discomfort with your appointment in November. We were unaware of this as you only brought it to our attention this year, to which we assured you of our dedication to quality, apologized and asked you to bring such matters to our attention promptly, by getting in touch with us which in turn allows us to rectify the situation. You came in to do your lashes with me and upon realizing that my adhesive may not be suited for you, I referred you to Yolanda who uses a sensitive adhesive. I understand that your lashes didn’t make it past a week, I apologize for this. I have always made it my aim to provide you with solutions and value for your money. I was looking to have a call with you to clarify the situation and workout a resolve that works for you. I am however disappointed in your approach as I have noticed that you choose to leave us a 2 now 1 star review. We have not refused to offer you a solution or even a refund in the worst case scenario so I cannot imagine what has warranted this response. Be as it is, I wish you the best in your future eyelash extension endeavors.
