Here's what you can expect from a full leg wax:

Pre-wax preparation:

1. Exfoliate your skin 2-3 days before waxing

2. Avoid shaving, tweezing, or using depilatory creams for at least 2 weeks before waxing

3. Trim long hair to about 1/4 inch to ensure effective waxing

Post-wax care:

1. Apply a soothing lotion or oil to calm the skin

2. Avoid direct sun exposure, hot showers, or strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours

3. Exfoliate gently 2-3 days after waxing to prevent ingrown hairs
