Powder Brows 6 Week Touch Up

I am so disappointed with my brows. I went for the powder brows and paid R1600 which is a lot of money - they looked amazing at first and when they st...arted gradually peeling off, they were extremely light. Engela promised that my powder brows would "pop" with colour and they didn't. Then she promised to go darker when I came for the touch up and finally went for the touch up. Same thing happened, they started gradually peeling off and no brows "popped" after the touch up. I was told that she won't refund me as she took the "time" and "needles / product" to do my brows. She offered to do another touch up for R200 more and go darker again which I declined. Show more
