Wilicia did my lashes and when I was not happy with something she made the effort and time to assist until I decided to find a suitable technician so ...I’ll always appreciate that about her. Simone on the other hand did my nails I was happy with her until I complained about my toes and she basically told me that she checked everything and all was good (basically didn’t take into consideration how I felt as a client) and she is fully is booked the whole month so I decided to just live with them as they were not bad. I texted to make an appointment and realised that she blocked me. Honestly I’m beyond disappointed and hate to think the worst but yes that was my experience. I’m currently paying R850 for my lashes that last more than 4 weeks it was never about the cost but the experience and quality. But anyway I will reserve the rest at this point. As a business you really need to have good relationships and communicate well with your clients. I complained because I was not happy, there’s competition out there and you need to keep that in mind. You should both learn people skills and stop fighting each others battles it’s bad for business. Like I said I will say less because the intention is not to ruin your business but give advice. Wishing you all then best and hopefully you will do better with all your clients regardless.

Sorry you had this experience, I had a terrible experience with you as well. Client’s are so easy to bad mouth and review us as technicians but in all fairness I think we should be able to review you guys as clients aswell, to warn other salons in the area not to help you too. You had a problem with your lashes and your toes and wanted them free, if you can't afford services rather don't book them. Have a wonderful day Lesego. I rate you a one star ⭐

Willicia is that girl when it comes to lashes! She’s insanely quick and efficient, but somehow still manages to be so precise and detailed. No matter ...what lash inspo I find on Pinterest—whether it’s dramatic, wispy, or something totally unique—she just gets it at a glance and somehow makes it even better. She always makes sure the style suits my face, and honestly, my face just isn’t my face without lashes. She is my lash fairy, and I’m completely obsessed with her work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes. Book her—you won’t regret it!

Very happy with Willicia and Simone, did my lashes yesterday at 9 months pregnant. The lash tech went out of her way to ensure that I am comfy she mad...e sure my lashes is perfect for birth, made an appointment for my nails with Simone and I am very satisfied with her service, time and effort. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. I left more than happy today and yesterday.
