The initial experience was wonderful and Manuela's work is very good but was incredibly let down by a huge disconnect in pricing verbally confirmed in... the first appointment and then being given very different information in the follow up. This lead to the treatment being completely unaffordable. I will not use her again due to this. Show more

Then she educates you about the treatment and journey which balances out your expectations. Manuela worked on my brows after I had done Microblading elsewhere. Although it was like working on a clean slate, this experience was far better than my initial attempt at permanent make-up. Manuela is retouching my eyeliner and correcting where the very first therapist I went to did a very bad job, especially lining my left eye well below... my lash line with an untidy thick, blobby line that’s bugged me now for years. Fortunately time has faded this line and Manuela’s permanent eye lining skills and artistry is excellent! She’s walking me through the painful process of removal with empathy and care. Just done hopefully the last session, then she’ll reline my bottom eyelids which I’m so excited for, with her having done the most beautifully neat lines on my top eyelids already! Thanks, Manuela.
