Hiiii Candice โจ thank you for your feedback! I have never claimed to offer waxing or threading with bronsun brows or as single services. The โsculptโ is the shaping thatโs done via dermo that doubles as an exfoliating treatment around the brows, which was done immediately after applying your colour to also not only remove fluff, dead skin and stray hairs, but to also mould the colour into your natural shape โบ๏ธ its completely painless, which makes it very easy to miss that its even being done haha! Especially for regular waxers or threaders who are used to a little sting from having their brows done. We used the tweezers on you after you mentioned some stray hairs, and we cleaned those up no problem ๐ with the extra R20 that was charged, my new price increase was stipulated from the 21st of May 2026 and has been available to view on all platforms โฅ๏ธ However you are the first person to bring it to my attention that the prices on Booksy have not been updated, which I will make sure happens immediately ๐ค please feel free to contact me to receive your R20 reimbursement.
