We’d like to clarify that our sauna typically operates between 80–100°C, which is the safe and standard range. On the day of your visit, the thermometer was unfortunately not displaying accurately, something we are actively trying to get repaired. When this was explained, you chose to end your session and pay, as you mentioned you couldn’t continue at that time. Please know you were not required to leave, and we would have gladly accommodated you if possible. However, as we had other bookings scheduled, we are not always able to reschedule sessions later in the day. You are more than welcome to give us a call, and we will happily offer you another sauna session at a discounted rate, at your preferred temperature.
