Cluster Lashes

To help your cluster lashes stay neat and last as long as possible:

• Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, unless your specific adhesive manufacturer states otherwise.
• Avoid steam, saunas, swimming and excessive heat during the adhesive's recommended curing period.
• Don't rub, pull or pick at the lash clusters.
• Avoid sleeping directly on your face where possible.
• Keep oil-based cleansers, makeup removers and heavy creams away from the lash line, as they may weaken some adhesives.
• Don't use an eyelash curler on the clusters.
• Avoid waterproof mascara and ideally don't apply mascara to the clusters at all.
• Clean around the eye area gently and follow the cleansing instructions for the specific cluster adhesive system you use.
• Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie when needed.
• Never pull clusters off. Use the remover recommended for your adhesive system.
• If you experience burning, significant redness, swelling, pain or persistent itching, have the lashes removed and seek medical advice if symptoms are severe or don't settle.

Important for clients: Cluster lashes shouldn't simply be left on indefinitely. Follow the maximum wear time specified by the lash adhesive/cluster manufacturer, then remove them properly and give the natural lashes appropriate care before reapplication.

Lash Lift

For the best results and longest-lasting lift:

• Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours.
• Avoid steam, saunas, hot showers and excessive sweating for 24 hours.
• Do not rub, pull or sleep directly on your lashes during the first 24 hours.
• Avoid oils, heavy creams and eye makeup around the lashes for the first 24 hours.
• After 24 hours, gently cleanse your lashes daily.
• Brush lashes upward with a clean spoolie each morning.
• Avoid waterproof mascara where possible, as removal can be harsh on lifted lashes.
• Use a lash-conditioning serum to help keep the lashes hydrated.
• Don't use an eyelash curler on lifted lashes.

A lash lift generally lasts around 6–8 weeks, depending on the client's natural lash-growth cycle and aftercare.

Recommended rebooking: Around 6–8 weeks. Avoid repeatedly lifting lashes too soon, as overprocessing can leave them dry, brittle or damaged.
