I am so disappointed. I left the salon with a treatment in my hair so I didn’t see the awful, patchy, sloppy mess until I got home. My hair is ruined. I am a bit of a wreck in honesty. I can’t believe this has happened.

Dear Bianca, thank you for your review.
Whilst I was doing the foils I repeatedly asked you to sit still otherwise the foils will seep. You constantly moved around.
You asked that we leave your treatment in because you were in a hurry. I however did not over book myself, as I can multi task, whereby I spend a hour to do your full head foils.
There was a large amount of tape in extension glue in your hair that wasn't removed by yourself and I couldn't comb it out as it was hurting you.
I am very sorry if you feel unhappy. I appreciate your feedback. Thank you for going somewhere else to fix your hair. Your feedback will help me pay attention in the future. Much appreciated and duly noted.
