I have been to Azurelle for a trim before and had a good experience but this time was really terrible. I noticed they were busy so I expected to wait ...to get my hair washed but I didn’t need to as they took me straight to the cutting chair. My hair was curly and needed to be wet and straight to cut it evenly but instead, they used an extremely hot blowdryer and brush to straighten out my already dry hair - I could see the heat fumes coming off my head. No heat protectant spray or anything - you would think being hair dressers they would know how damaging this is to hair. Thinking I’m going for a trim to make my hair healthier but now I’m sure my hair is damaged root to tips, this was just an absolute disgrace - utterly disappointed. Show more

Joslyn did a quik blowdry on your ends to make sure she could cut the line neatly. Unfortunately she did not apply heat protection to your hair, and for that we sincerely apologise. As far as smoke coming from your hair, that is something I did not see on the video. I would like to invite you back for a future appointment, a complimentary treatment will be added to your service.
