Today, the wax heater wouldn’t reach temperature, there was no working backup, and the owner wasn’t in store to resolve it. The service couldn’t be completed. To be fair, Tracey did everything she could and did not charge me, but the salon’s upkeep and management are below basic standards. I’m sharing this so others know to check equipment readiness before booking.

However, that was beyond our control as there was general power failure in our block and our power-backup does not support any equipment with heating elements, hence the wax stand could not heat properly. It’s just very unfortunate that it happened at the exact time you were being treated, a situation beyond our control.
