I am very happy with the service I received from Derma HUB. I did my lashes with them in December and for some reason almost all of the lashes from my... one eye fell out in less than a week. After being made aware of the situation, Derma HUB contacted me and offered to redo my lashed for free, when I had some time. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to schedule an appointment for me. I'm highly satisfied with how my lashes turned out this time. I am very unhappy with the results from DermaHub. I went for a classic set of lashes on the 5th of December. I wanted my lashes done before leaving fo...r holiday. I noticed a few days after the procedure that the lashes from my left eye were falling out but thought it wasn't a big deal. Now, a week later almost all of the lashes of my left eye fell out and the right eye is still full. I look beyond strange and can't fix it as I am on holiday. I am very disappointed with DermaHub because of this. I will not be going back.

Hi Isable, Thank you for your message that you were not happy with the lashes done. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
However loosing all lashes within a week is not a common thing that we experience. We are hugely surprised as we have never had such incidents before. Do note that if you had exposed them to water, steam in the first 24hrs, as well as oily based ointments, that would have weaken the bond resulting in the rapid loss of lashes. You are welcome to come again for another new set with the same or a different therapist on the house.
