Good day Karien, we are sorry you missed your appointment. We were closed already on the 18th of December. We tried to make that as clear as possible on our business platforms. We are still available on call through the rest of the year to take bookings once opened or even make exceptions for clients that need assistance from our services. However we didn't realize that our online booking system was still active on one of our platforms. We truly apologize. And still offer to to make an exception to assist you this year.
